To install the Flash Player Plugin under Ubuntu Linux
- open a console and enter
mkdir .mozilla/plugins
- Find out if you have a 32bit or 64bit system
- Download the FlAsh PLayer from http://www.adobe.com
- unpack the file
- copy libflashplayer.so to .mozilla/plugins
- Follow the instructions at http://www.jamesward.com/2010/09/15/install-flash-player-on-64-bit-linux/
