DVB-S is digital satelite TV.
I bought a set to watch digital satelite TV. TerraTec Cinergy S2 USB HD. Using it with SUSE Linux 12.1:
# hwinfo --usb Vendor: usb 0x0ccd "TerraTec Electronic GmbH" Device: usb 0x00a8 "USB Stick" Serial ID: "080116" Driver: "dw2102"
SUSE Linux 11.4 does not work with this stick, hwinfo does not show a line with "Driver".
